SICKY’s set promises to be a journey through his uniquely crafted sound.
Next, get ready for the sonic stylings of SANDY STANTON, a songwriter and producer hailing from Staffordshire. Sandy floats in a musical space you won't easily define, blending iconic sounds from the past with his own distinct modern flair. Whether he's rocking out with a full electric punk-rock edge or delivering heartfelt tunes solo with just an acoustic guitar, Sandy's earnest songwriting, sweet yet aggressive delivery, and unique production are sure to leave a lasting impression. Drawing influences from 50s/60s Rock n Roll, Country, Rockabilly, Indie Guitar Pop, and the New Wave Punk and Alt Rock scenes, Sandy's performances are a true testament to his eclectic musical journey, having previously fronted bands like The A&E Band, The Adlibs, and Despicable Youth and his current band Sad Vacation.
Headline this week is the fantastic RIVERSTONE JOURNEY, a talented group hailing from the West Midlands. These guys not only write their own songs, but they also record and produce them. Talk about a triple threat!

The new album features Jen Bone on double bass,Rebecca Butler on backing vocals and adding junior punk vibes Lily and Scarlet on backing vocals and percussion.

SANDY STANTON
Sandy Stanton, is a Songwriter, Producer. Floating around in a strange sonic plane that you just can't seem to put your finger on.
You will either hear him with a full electric sound, rocking out with a Punk Rock edge or alone with an acoustic guitar with some well written songs up his sleeve. Somewhere between the iconic sounds and artists of the past, yet also maintaining a modern and unique stamp of his own.
His unique earnest songwriting style, lyrics, sweet yet aggressive delivery, and production will more than likely invoke a cult following if not commercial draw.
Hailing from Staffordshire in the UK. A devoted lover of all things guitar rock, like early 50s/60s Rock n Roll, Country, and Rockabilly, Indie Guitar Pop and the New Wave Punk music scene that emerged during the mid 80s which progressed into Alt Rock in the 90s.
Before Stanton's recent resurgence he was in a few different outfits as a vocalist and guitarist, these consist of The A&E Band, The Adlibs, Despicable Youth recording material from a young age.
